| Project Description: |
Project included 22 apartments in three separate buildings and complete site and utility development. The project provided for affordable housing and as such was designed in accordance with Fair Housing Laws, Model Energy Code requirements and ADA requirements. NorthStar provided all planning and design services on this project including architectural, civil, structural, electrical, mechanical and plumbing. All designs were completed in house and were reviewed and approved by all local governing agencies including the Town of Rifle and the Rifle Regional Building Department. |
