The project provided for affordable housing and as such was designed in accordance with Fair Housing Laws, Model Energy Code requirements and ADA requirements. NorthStar provided all planning, design and construction administration services on this project including architectural, civil, structural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, surveying and inspections. All designs were completed in-house and were reviewed and approved by all local governing agencies including Pueblo Regional Building Department, Pueblo County Planning Department, Pueblo Board of County Commissioners, and Pueblo West Committee of Architecture. |
