To take advantage of Pueblo’s Historic District and its proximity to the Arkansas River corridor, the City of Pueblo and the Pueblo Conservancy District have undertaken the public section portion of creating a “Riverwalk” area in the Historic District complete with riverway / canal, lakes, boardwalks, parking facilities, existing street improvements and realignments. To aid the City and the Conservancy District in this endeavor, NorthStar was retained to provide major horizontal and vertical survey control to the area, to perform ownership research and boundary survey(s) for land and right-of-way acquisition, and to prepare the Subdivision Plat, as well as preparation of land description(s) and supporting documents for the creation of private sector lots for retail and entertainment development. |
