The University of Southern Colorado, through the State Buildings Program,
retained NorthStar to survey and design Walking Stick Boulevard, a master-planned collector, connecting the University and Walking Stick Golf Course to Colorado State Highway No. 47. Also, included in NorthStar’s responsibilities were adjacent drainage systems design, approval of plans through the State and the City of Pueblo, and construction staking. |
